Kurz gesagt: La Lucha erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Das Spiel funktioniert vollständig offline und sendet nichts an uns oder an Dritte.

1. Keine Datenerhebung durch uns

Die App baut keine Internetverbindung auf. Sie enthält keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge, kein Benutzerkonto und keine In-App-Käufe. Wir erhalten keine Informationen darüber, wer die App nutzt oder wie sie genutzt wird.

2. Daten auf Ihrem Gerät

Die App speichert Ihre Spielstände (darunter den Namen, den Sie Ihrer Spielfigur geben), Ihre Einstellungen und die Bilder, die Sie im Fotomodus aufnehmen, ausschliesslich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät, im geschützten Speicherbereich der App. Wir haben darauf keinen Zugriff. Wenn Sie die App löschen, werden diese Daten ebenfalls gelöscht. Sie können einzelne Spielstände auch direkt in der App löschen. Falls Sie Geräte-Backups über iCloud oder einen Computer nutzen, können diese Dateien darin enthalten sein. Dafür gelten die Bedingungen von Apple.

3. App Store und Apple

Die App wird über den App Store von Apple vertrieben. Beim Herunterladen und, falls Sie zugestimmt haben, bei Absturzberichten oder Nutzungsstatistiken verarbeitet Apple Daten in eigener Verantwortung. Wir erhalten davon höchstens zusammengefasste, anonyme Statistiken. Einzelheiten finden Sie in der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple: apple.com/legal/privacy

4. Kontakt per E-Mail

Wenn Sie uns schreiben, verwenden wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Nachricht nur, um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten, und löschen sie, wenn sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden.

5. Kinder

Die App erhebt von niemandem Daten, also auch nicht von Kindern.

6. Ihre Rechte

Nach dem Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) und, soweit anwendbar, der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) haben Sie das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde (in der Schweiz: EDÖB). Da wir über die App keine Daten erheben, liegen uns in der Regel keine Daten über Sie vor.

7. Änderungen

Wenn sich die App so ändert, dass Daten erhoben werden, passen wir diese Erklärung vorher an.

En resumen: La Lucha no recopila datos personales. El juego funciona completamente sin conexión y no envía nada ni a nosotros ni a terceros.

1. No recopilamos datos

La app no se conecta a internet. No contiene anuncios, herramientas de análisis ni de rastreo, cuentas de usuario ni compras dentro de la app. No recibimos ninguna información sobre quién usa la app ni cómo la usa.

2. Datos en tu dispositivo

La app guarda tus partidas (incluido el nombre que le pones a tu personaje), tus ajustes y las fotos que tomas en el modo foto únicamente en tu dispositivo, en el espacio protegido de la app. Nosotros no tenemos acceso a ellos. Si eliminas la app, estos datos también se eliminan. También puedes borrar partidas desde la propia app. Si haces copias de seguridad del dispositivo con iCloud o en una computadora, estos archivos pueden incluirse en ellas; en ese caso se aplican las condiciones de Apple.

3. App Store y Apple

La app se distribuye a través del App Store de Apple. Al descargarla y, si diste tu consentimiento, con los informes de fallos o estadísticas de uso, Apple trata datos bajo su propia responsabilidad. 4. Contacto por correo electrónico

Si nos escribes, usamos tu dirección de correo y tu mensaje solo para responderte y los eliminamos cuando ya no son necesarios.

5. Niños

La app no recopila datos de nadie, tampoco de niños.

6. Tus derechos

Según la Ley suiza de protección de datos (LPD) y, cuando corresponda, el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la UE (RGPD), tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión y a presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control. Como la app no recopila datos, normalmente no tenemos ningún dato tuyo.

7. Cambios

Si la app cambia de forma que se recopilen datos, actualizaremos esta política antes.

In short: La Lucha does not collect any personal data. The game works completely offline and sends nothing to us or to third parties.

1. No data collection by us

The app does not connect to the internet. It contains no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, no user account and no in-app purchases. We receive no information about who uses the app or how.

2. Data on your device

The app stores your saved games (including the name you give your character), your settings and the pictures you take in photo mode only on your device, inside the app's protected storage. We have no access to it. Deleting the app deletes this data. You can also delete individual saves inside the app. If you back up your device via iCloud or a computer, these files may be included; Apple's terms apply to those backups.

The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. When you download it and, if you have agreed, for crash reports or usage statistics, Apple processes data under its own responsibility. At most we receive aggregated, anonymous statistics. See Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy

4. Contact by email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and delete them once they are no longer needed.

5. Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

6. Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As the app collects no data, we normally hold no data about you.

7. Changes

If the app changes so that data is collected, we will update this policy beforehand.
